TEAM TRAVEL

Last weeked, our company organized an outdoor activities, but unfortunately not tourism, we basically did not feel the rest, but we are very happy, we are rewarding, we harvested too much, moved, teamwork, collaboration, communication, responsibility, mission, innovation and so on , I dare not imagine, never think can gain so much.

Outdoor outreach activities, is obviously different from the tourism, in the development of training under the guidance of the coach, the team in groups to fight, there is cooperation, 

there is communication, there is competition, there is pressure. Everyone enthusiastically participate in activities,

 to a common goal, "forget" each other's age, position, gender, worry, 

cooperate tacit understanding, solidarity and efficient, interest passionate completed the a series of training projects.Team members through the collective communication and collaboration, in the shortest time to complete a number of tasks.

That scene of the moment, has become the engraved on the wall through the dark clouds diametre of, that are difficult to verbalize the beautiful scenery, I always remember in my heart.
